Shotgun RAM T4E HDS .68 16 J Umarex is a powerful weapon, made for security and self-defense purpose.
"HDS" is short for Home Defense Shotgun, a series of self-defense weapons.
It is suitable for those who work in security field and for those who want to train with realistic weapons.
Works with rubber balls, chalk, paint, powder, but also pepper balls for self-defense.
It is a double barrel shotgun and has a caliber of .68, which works with several types of balls, but of the right caliber.
It works with 12 gram CO2 capsules, just like the airsoft models. Not provided with blowback.
The difference between the airsoft models and this model is the presence of Quick Piercing System, an integrated perforation system. This is an advantage, the user can perforate the capsule only when needed.
The power of this model is 16 J, which makes it dangerous for the attacker, even if he is well equipped.
This weapon does not require a gun license.

The design is compact, easy to transport and realistic at the same time.
The RIS rail under the barrel allows mounting of a laser or tactical flashlight.
The body of the gun is made of durable polymer and the outer barrel is made of metal.
The fire selector is on the upper body. It can be set lateral to shoot one ball or straight, to shoot 2 balls at once.

Ball insertion:
Press the button on the lower part of the body to lift the outer barrel.
Insert the balls, the capacity is 2 balls.
Push the outer barrel back.
Select the shooting mode, left, middle or right.

Capsule insertion:
Unscrew the knob at the bottom of the grip.
Insert the capsule with the tip down.
Screw the cover back on. To pierce the capsule you have to press the button, or give it a light blow.
