Reinforced piston for SVD Dragunov Gen.4 AirsoftPro is the 4th generation of reinforced pistons dedicated to spring SVD models. With each generation, AirsoftPro has tried to increase the performance and durability of this important part.

The piston is not one piece, but composed of many parts.
It consists of a lightweight aluminum body (lighter than the 3rd generation), steel retaining ring, plastic slip ring and a metal piston head with a bearing.
The piston is 4 mm shorter than the original one, therefore a larger volume of air in the cylinder is obtained.
For strong springs and heavier BBs, a lower piston weight is a problem. That is why the package includes 3 different weights, made of different materials that are mounted depending on the power of the spring.

The split piston head is provided with a rubber with 8 air channels. The back of the head has a plastic collar made of Polyacetal (POM), which makes it slide better inside the cylinder. Thus is less friction.
