The 8FIELDS Tactical Plate Carrier is a modular carrying system designed to carry magazines and additional gear during airsoft games.
The model combines a laser-cut construction, a buckle-fastening system that allows for quick replacement of the front panel, and comfort pads with foam padding and contoured recesses that promote airflow.
The Plate Carrier vest is made of 1000D polyester using laser-cutting technology.
The laser-cut elements reduce the need for additional straps and numerous seams, contributing to the vest’s lightweight and discreet design.
Panels with a Velcro fastening system, measuring 155 × 70 mm, are located on the front and back sections of the vest.
They can be used to attach identification badges and other markings.
The front panel uses a buckle fastening system, which facilitates quick replacement of the panel depending on the equipment being carried.
This allows the front configuration of the magazine pouches to be modified without altering the rest of the vest.
The included laser-cut panel features a pocket designed to hold three AR or AK magazines.
Elastic dividers separate the magazines and help keep them organized.
Elastic cords with pull tabs secure the magazines during movement.
They help limit the magazines’ movement, and the pull tabs make it easy to release the fastening before removing a magazine.
The comfort pads secured with Velcro are located on the front and back panels, as well as on the shoulder straps.
Their construction includes foam padding and contoured recesses.
These elements ensure a comfortable fit of the vest and facilitate airflow between the plate carrier and the wearer’s body.
In addition, mesh is used on the shoulder comfort pads, which can aid ventilation in the areas where the shoulder straps come into contact with the shoulders.
The shoulder sections are also equipped with Velcro fasteners designed to guide the components of a hydration system.
These help organize the tubes when using hydration bladders carried in the additional back pockets.
The side belt uses a MOLLE/PALS system that allows the vest to be expanded with additional equipment mounted on the sides.
It attaches to the plate carrier using Velcro straps.
Two secure pockets with Velcro flaps are integrated into the belt. Fabric pull tabs make it easy to open them, and the pockets allow for additional inserts to be placed inside.
The package also includes two foam inserts that mimic ballistic plates.
