TDC System Hop-Up adjuster 26mm AirsoftPro
TDC is the abbreviation for Top Dead Center. In airsoft this system refers to a device that continuously presses on the arm of the hop up chamber. TDC makes the control more sensitive, smoother, compared to the original adjustment lever.
TDC is a simple system, suitable for a wide range of sniper rifles.
By turning the ring from the outside, the system puts pressure on the hop up arm, and changes the trajectory of the BB.
This device ensures greater accuracy and facilitates the adjustment of the hop up system without the need for an allen key.
The TDC device is made of aluminum alloy at CNC.
It can be mounted on the external barrel, above the hop up chamber.
It has a compact design, it does not interfere with scopes / red dot devices.
Most sniper rifles on the market are not designed to be customized with such a device, so modifications of the outer barrel are needed. Some new upgrade hop-up chambers, such as AirsoftPro model for MB01 platform, are already threaded for this device.
The mini Spirit level helps both for accurate installation of the TDC and shooting accuracy.
The easiest way is to glue the device to the barrel.
The safest option is to screw it, the package contains the necessary screw for this action, M3x10.

When mounting the TDC device, the adjusting screw must pass through the outer barrel, above the hop-up arm. Measure where this arm is located and make a hole using a 3.5-4mm drill.
If you glue the TDC system to the external barrel (it's much faster) make a single hole.
If you screw in the TDC system ( on MB01 rifle), make 2 holes at a distance of 30 mm. (Axial distance of the fastening and adjusting screw)
