Produsul mi-a folosit la remedierea unei defectiuni la o replica BERSA care a fost facuta tot de catre echpa firmei Oqtagon. Interactiunea cu reprezenrantii firmei Oqtagon a fost foarte placuta si profesionista, de la furnizarea de informatii pana la consiliere, verificare a comenzii si tot ce a fost necesar.
