Saibe de calitate de dimensiuni si grosimi diferite. Cu pachetul asta reglezi bine shimmingul de la gearbox, mai folosesti putin grease si aia e.

Pentru shiming cu rulmenți la un Gearbox V2, ar fi necesare șaibe la care diametrul exterior al lor să fie mai mic de 5, 85mm cât au rulmenții la diametrul interior al cămășii exterioare (inelul exterior). Șaibele nu trebuie să frece ori să fie în contact cu inelul exterior, logic șaibele au voie să ia contact doar cu inelul interior al rulmentului. Deci măcar parțial (cele în contact cu rulmenții) trebuie să fie mai mici la diametrul exterior (aș zice un maxim 5.5mm).

Ce șaibe îmi recomandați în acest sens?... având în vedere că majoritatea seturilor sunt cu diametrul exterior de 6mm...

Buna ziua,

Din experienta noastra, am reusit sa facem shimming cu saibe precum 6758, 10909, 2913, 2942.
Va rugam sa ne contactati pentru mai multe detalii, sa ne dam seama care este problema mai exact.
