This MOSFET is specifically designed for electric airsoft guns, enhancing performance by increasing the rate of fire and extending battery life compared to basic wiring setups.

Upgrades Over the Micro MOSFET II:

Specifications:

- Compact Size: Fits almost anywhere, ensuring versatile compatibility.
- Quick and Easy Installation: Pre-soldered wires enable faster and easier installation in your airsoft gun. The wire length is sufficient for all gun types. Simply trim the wires to the desired length and attach the included connectors.
- High-Quality Wiring: Includes two black high-quality wires, 1.5 qmm (AWG16) with PTFE insulation, each 500 mm long. A blue wire, 0.34 mm² (AWG22) 1000 mm long, is for connectivity on the red wire.
- Additional Red Wire: A 1000 mm, 1.5 qmm (AWG16) red wire with PTFE insulation is included in the package.
- Water Resistance: The board is coated with a conformal layer for water protection.
- Wireless Option Available: A version without wires is also available.
- Spring Compatibility: Designed for springs up to M170 (equivalent to a current of 90A on semi-automatic or 35A in burst firing mode for a maximum of 30 seconds). For higher loads, use MOSFET II.
- Battery Compatibility: Supports batteries up to 17V (Ni-xx 8.4 - 12V, Li-ion 7.4 - 14.8V).
- 5-Wire Connection: Ensures robust performance.
- No Positive Wire Connection: The positive wire is not connected to the device.
- Dimensions: 16x6.4x3.5mm for easy placement.
- Zero Idle Current Consumption: Ensures power efficiency when inactive.
- No Sparks on Switch Contacts: Promotes safety and device longevity.
- Auto Mode Caution: In auto mode, the piston stops in random positions due to mechabox design.
- Proper Functionality Requirements: A functioning stop lever in the gearbox, a selector plate, reverse lock, trigger, and trigger block, must be present according to standard gearbox specifications.
