Bun la nevoie...

Sincer l-am luat sa il tin in masina pentru orice eventualitate. Mai bine sa fiu pregatit in caz de nevoie. Pare robust si e foarte ascutit. Sper sa nu am nevoie de el, dar ma bucur sa il stiu aproape.

Legislația din România nu interzice deținerea acestuia, dar portul în spațiul public este reglementat.

Pe scurt: Este legal să deții un cuțit. Dar, nu este permis să îl porți la vedere sau fără un motiv întemeiat (ex: activități sportive, muncă, drumeții).
Dacă este considerat armă albă (ex: lamă peste 15 cm, dublă tăiș), poate intra sub incidența legii penale.

Dacă ești surprins cu un cuțit în spațiul public fără un motiv justificat, poți primi amendă sau dosar penal în funcție de circumstanțe.
