The CYMA CM.518 GEN-2 airsoft replica is a lightweight AR15-based replica designed for dynamic CQB gameplay and medium-range engagements. The GEN-2 version features a V2 gearbox with a quick-change spring system and a CYMA V2 MOSFET, for smoother operation and better trigger response.

The model is part of the Sport Line series, developed for players looking for a lightweight, comfortable, and practical replica for regular use. The durable polymer construction reduces weight, improves maneuverability, and helps reduce fatigue during long gaming sessions.

The body, pistol grip, stock tube, and most external components are made of polymer. The AR15 platform offers intuitive controls and good ergonomics, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced players. The replica features a 14 mm CCW thread for mounting suppressors or other compatible accessories and has an individual serial number on the lower receiver.

Internally, the replica uses a V2 gearbox with a quick-change spring system, steel gears, and 8 mm bushings. The pneumatic system includes a Type 2 cylinder and a 20.96 mm polymer sealed nozzle for consistent firing performance.
