The real weapon was developed and manufactured by SilencerCo, a company based in the USA, founded in 2008 in West Valley City, Utah. The final product, Maxim 9, is currently the only commercially available pistol with an integrated suppressor on the market. It is also one of the few firearms designed with a suppressor that can be subsequently adjusted in terms of length and performance.

To solve the old problem of the weight and dimensions of firearms with a suppressor, the research and development team used an ingenious solution, designing a modular device that is significantly shorter and lighter. The segments that attenuate noise are refined and integrated into interchangeable modules.

Maxim 9 is manufactured from chosen materials that offer high resistance to scratches and external damage and guarantee the long and reliable functioning of internal mechanisms. The textured surface ensures adequate and firm grip. It allows comfortable use with tactical or insulated gloves. The suppressor and sheath are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, anodized black.

Also, it is compatible with Green Gas and CO2 chargers without modifications. Another feature is the existence of a hidden fire selector inside, behind the sheath, which allows the selection of single or automatic fire modes.

The pistol is fully ambidextrous and comfortable for left and right-handed users. The modular suppressor section mimics the sound attenuation effect. Additional KeyMod slots are integrated into the design and allow for the mounting of optical devices.

To increase the authenticity of the replica, these have been engraved. This, along with excellent materials and an advanced and accurate manufacturing process, gives the pistol a futuristic air with top performances.
