The SA-C19 CORE HAL ETU Specna Arms replica is manufactured in collaboration with the American brand EMG Arms. It features licensed Daniel Defense markings, an American firearms manufacturer specializing in supplying various AR15 variants and accessories since 2002, including special orders for USSOCOM.

Metal components: barrel, RIS rail, flash hider, enlarged charging handle, and sling mount ring.  
Polymer components reinforced with nylon fiber: replica body, stock, and grip.  
The use of a polymer body significantly reduces weight, making this model ideal for dynamic or milsim games.

The SA-C19 CORE HAL ETU Specna Arms replica features folding sights, a RIS rail for mounting tactical accessories, and a flash hider, which can be replaced with a suppressor using the 14 mm CCW thread.  
Additionally, the replica uses the quick spring change system (ESA), without disassembling the gearbox.

Internally, the gearbox is a V2 type, with 8 mm bearings and steel gears. The system is protected by four anti-reverse pawls.  
The polycarbonate plastic piston is equipped with metal teeth for increased durability. It also uses a type 0 cylinder, a steel cut-off lever, and a rotary hop-up chamber.
