The Core series stands out thanks to the HAL mosfet, an advanced trigger control system that not only optimizes the replica's performance but also allows for intuitive programming of multiple functions using the trigger and selector.

Metal components: barrel, RIS rails, M-Lok handguard, flash hider, charging handle, and sling mount ring. Nylon fiber-reinforced polymer components: replica body, stock, and grip. By using a polymer body, the weight is significantly reduced, making this model ideal for dynamic or milsim games.

The SA-C17 CORE HAL ETU Specna Arms replica is equipped with a front M-LOK rail, manufactured under Strike Industries license. Additionally, the replica comes with the latest M-Lok angled grip designed by Specna Arms. Foldable sights are mounted on the upper RIS rail, and the flash hider is mounted on a 14 mm CCW thread, allowing for the attachment of a suppressor in its place. The replica uses the quick spring change system (ESA), without disassembling the gearbox.

Inside, the gearbox is a V2 type, featuring 8 mm bearings with steel gears. The system is secured by four anti-reverse pins. The polycarbonate plastic piston is fitted with metal teeth to increase durability. It also uses a type 2 cylinder and a steel cut-off lever, along with a rotary hop-up chamber. The battery connector is a Deans type.
